Description: PLEASE READ - DO NOT ORDER WITHOUT READING THE FOLLOWING: This thumb rest will only fit the Ernie Ball Music Man Sterling bass, and the Sterling By Music Man SB14 and S.U.B. SB4. It does NOT FIT any HH or HS models, or any SBMM basses modeled on the Stingray. This is ONLY for the Sterling line, which has a similar look to the Stingray, but uses a different guard and has different screw spacing. A quick check before you measure for fit is this fits the guard that is offset where it meets the neck, where most StingRays use the wider oval (egg-shaped) guard that hits the neck at the same height. You MUST confirm YOUR FIT by measuring the distance (screw center to screw center) of the first and second screws as shown in the OUTLINE PICTURE ABOVE. This thumb rest will only fit Sterling's with 59mm spacing. Most SBMM's Rays, SBMM S.U.B.
