Description: Offered is a 7 5/8" tall x 16 1/2" wide planter in excellent condition, having no chips, cracks or repairs. Please enlarge the photos for a closer look, noting the excellent mold and the fantastic matte green glazing over an orangish base color. The glazing reminds me of some Roseville patterns, such as Early Velmoss or Early Carnelian. The planter does have a few minor factory glaze flaws, which I attempted to photograph. In the 3rd photo, you can see a lighter area on the left side of the photo. This is a factory flat spot, shown in the next photo. Of course, this very large planter is heavy, weighing 14 lbs. 7.2 oz. before packaging. I am offering this fine Mid-Century Modern planter at a very reasonable Buy It Now price.
