My card grading system is as follows: GEM (GEM MINT) - Practically perfect condition card and great centering too! MT (Mint) - New condition / usually straight from a pack (may have very minor factory production print errors) NM (Near Mint) - Will have minor scratches or marks on it. LP (Light Play) - Excellent condition but will have scratches, minor corner wear or edge wear.
