Missing original cardboard box. Hard, clear plastic storage box has wear, scuffs / scratches / indentations, etc.. Tape is untested as I do not have a Betamax video player. Original owner said it played fine back in the 1990s. See pictures. Any gray 'spots' on the pictures are from my camera, not from the item.
