Insurance applies to packages shipped with FedEX, UPS, the United States Postal Service. THIS COVERAGE INSURES the parcel and its contents against damage or loss from any external cause, including war risks as per American Institute cargo clauses (April 1, 1966) as applicable American Institute strikes (Form 10) while in transit to or from premises utilized by the insured and in care, custody, or control of carriers listed to destinations worldwide, EXCEPT as hereinafter excluded. Underwriters shall be liable for the invoice value (that is declared) of property lost, destroyed or damaged, however, in the event there is no invoice, underwriters shall be liable for the actual cash value of the property. Insurance covers up to $5,000 per parcel. EXCLUSIONS: The following international countries are excluded from supplemental insurance coverage. Packages shipped through USPS priority mail International to these countries will not be insured. Buyer assumes all liability for USPS Priority mail International shipments to these countries. After contacting the carrier, contact us immediately to begin an insurance claim. Failure to report loss or damage in a timely manner may result in denial of the claim. Once an insurance claim is approved we will replace the items claimed or issue a refund for the value of the claim if the items cannot be replaced.
