Description: Here we have a very, very rare item. To start with, most well pulleys are only marked with No. 10 or other numbers and are not branded with any maker's mark. This one is marked with all markings clearly readable. Pulley is marked STOWELL M&F CO. SO MIL WIS (South Milwaukee Wisconsin) and the shroud at top is marked Simmons. This pulley was made by Stowell and sold by Simmon's Hardware St. Louis. This entire item was found in Warsaw, Missouri. Well bucket is in excellent condition with no dents and nice vintage rope. Very rare item!!
