Description: EXTRA LARGE CRUSHED VELVET TRAY SILICONE MOLD Sent from Pacific Paradise Qld 4564 Australia This very unique silicone mold has my beautiful 'Crushed Velvet' effect built directly into the base of the tray. The round tray mold has an internal diameter of 32cm (12.8"). There is a little channel around the perimeter of the mold, which is 10mm (0.04") deep. The crushed velvet area is 30.5cm (12.2") in diameter and is about 6mm (0.24") thick. Dust the surface of the mold with your choice of chameleon or mica powders then pour in black resin. Once cured, unmold, turn the resin tray over and fill with a clear resin topcoat. Alternatively, pour different shades of blue directly into the mold to create a gorgeous water ripple effect. See my YouTube tutorial videos. You may also use the tray mold to create a unique bowl or even a clock. This mold is made from high quality white silicone and has a very shiny surface. This silicone mold weighs about 950g. NOTE: My silicone is heat resistant up to 120 degrees celscius (248 degrees fahrenheight). If you overheat the mold using your torch, you WILL melt the silicone and it will stick to the resin. This is not a fault with my mold, it is user error so please be careful using your heat gun or torch.
