The card looks to be in excellent condition (the white specks visible in the scan move with the bag and don't look to be part of the card.) The best part is, with the fact that it has been sealed in the poly bag without the t-shirt card, there should be no chance of any creases being on the Deadpool card from laying on top of or beneath the missing t-shirt card all these years.The card should be a great candidate for grading.The comic looks to be in a high-grade condition with the exception of a very faint indention down the middle, no doubt from laying next to other bagged copies for many years.The bag seal has a small 1 1/2 inch opening at the top but I still consider it to be sealed because this opening is not big enough for any of the contents to spill out.Check out the large scans.
