The Bag is made of heavy cotton duck material with a carry handle and shoulder strap. This bag was used by the Army and USMC during and after the WWII for the troops to carry all of their personal items, clothing and gear to their respective duty stations. This particular example is used, see photo's for Condition. Some minor fading, as is consistent with it 70+ year age. Minor hole on the bottom, see photo. It has the manufacturer markings and is dated 1945. It has a solider's name written on it. This is a WWII Era accessory that is often overlooked or forgotten about in most WWII Era Collections.
