WWII Era Melamine Food Tray Mess Hall Cafeteria USAMD 1944 WW2 (SET OF 8)

Description: I have up for sale a SET OF 8 MATCHING dated 1944 U.S.A.M.D. Melamine Mess Hall or Cafeteria Food Trays. The sale is for all 8 trays . Each tray measures approx 15-1/2" long by 11-3/4" deep by 1-1/8" tall and approx 1.5 lbs . All the trays are in very good condition . I believe that the maker is Mack Molding Co but it is not indicated on the trays. They are old original WWII era trays and in great shape for their age. Purchase with Confidence.USAMD stands for US Army Medical Directorate . These trays have 6 compartments as you can see - they nest together for easy storage and are made of Melamine which is stain , break , chip resistant. They are old trays - most likely used but I am not sure of that. I will package with care and ship fully insured. ONLY THROW OUT THE BOXES AND PACKAGING AFTER YOU HAVE INSPECTED THE ITEM OR ITEMS AND FIND NO DAMAGE other than what may be noted in the condition report or shown in the pics. IN THE RARE EVENT YOU RECEIVED THE ITEM AND IT IS DAMAGED -CONTACT ME ASAP - KEEP THE BOX AND ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS JUST AS THE ITEM ARRIVED AS THEY WOULD BE NEEDED TO HELP PROCESS THE INSURANCE CLAIM. YOU WOULD BE REQUIRED TO HELP WITH THE INSURANCE CLAIM . SAVE THE BOX AND ALL PACKAGING ,PICS OF THE OUTER BOX AND INNER BOX , AND OF THE DAMAGED ITEM WOULD BE REQUIRED.
