WWF LJN "Adorable" Adrian Adonis, Series 4 (1987)

Description: I'm finally diving into the LJN crate... Adrian Adonis was an amazing wrestler for a big guy. This character? Problematic at best, but that's what a lot of old-school wrestling was built on. The character was "of its time," and a product of the strange, sad mind of Vince McMahon. But he was a heck of a heat-magnet back then! I have no idea how this one's in such good shape but, aside from some paint marks in his hair (really resistant to removal, so it's possible that it came that way from the factory) and some strange red dots on his back, he's held up quite well. A Note On My LJNs: These guys have been in a crate for 30-some years, and when I started pulling them out in order to sell them, they were rather tacky to the touch (happily, they still have that weird chemical rubber LJN stink that I remember - though it's also possible that I've poisoned myself just by smelling them), so every LJN figure I list gets a cursory cleaning (ArmorAll Multipurpose, a toothbrush, a lightly damp cloth, and a dry cloth), which brightens them up nicely without damaging the paint and mitigates the tackiness by a lot. You may want to give that another go, but they've been cleaned up a bit. No re-painting or anything like that.
