It was replaced by the returning No Way Out, and in 2013 with Payback. Promotion towards this event was centered around the setting for the PPV, the US capital, Washington, D.C. WWE produced a video to promote the event using actual press footage of President Barack Obama spliced and edited with footage WWE recorded using actors. The video was intended to show Obama answering questions about Capitol Punishment in a press conference. The event featured an appearance by an Obama impersonator Reggie Brown. All posters have been stored in a smoke-free home, folded, as they were received from the company. Due to their age, some of the posters may have slight tears at the crease, usually no longer than 1-2" and some have a line of handwriting on the back indicating the event and date. There might be a corner bend or minuscule nick or two that could occur during shipping. The picture is of one of the actual posters. All are in excellent (8/10) condition.
