Description: Original WW2 RAF Bomb Aimer wing. This is a 1941 British pattern but Canadian made variant. It's a 13-feather silk variant on black wool with no backing. This wing measures approximately 3.25" wide x 1.25" high (85mm x 35mm). The height is measured across the "O". This wing is in excellent condition and is part of my WW2 Commonwealth Airforces wing collection. #RAF43 The same wing is featured in Warren Carroll's book titled Eagles Recalled: Pilot and Aircrew Wings of Canada, Great Britain and the British Commonwealth 1913-1945.
