Description: A "yearbook" of sorts for the 1944 campaigns of the US Seventh Armored Division (the "Lucky Seventh") from D Day to Verdun. Unpaginated, but approximately 75 pages filled with facsimiles of photos from the big brass to thank you proclamations (with corresponding translations) from the various mayors of liberated communities. Interspersed with many black and white photos of the troops and armored fighting vehicles in action. Published by J. Bourdier, 11 Rue Decamps, Paris. Condition: Owner's name written on the inside flyleaf. The spine has some wear but the binding is generally tight and the pages are clean. Slight separation to the back cover binding. Some creases to the corners of the front cover. See photos for details. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
