Description: Original WW2 OPERATION TORCH map entitled "ALGER" (ALGERIA) North African Campaign "ALGER" (Algiers) was the main focus of 'Eastern Task Force', one of the three main Battle Groups that landed on the opening day of Operation Torch. It was printed in October 1942 for the forthcoming mission and contains a key of 'road classification' information gathered from intelligence reports.
