It was published by J. M. Dent & Sons, Ltd., of London, is the 1938 FIRST EDITION in this form and is one of the wonderful vintage and highly collectable “Everyman’s Library” series. This book contains a study of modern English literature, from the late Victorian and Edwardian writers to the pre-war poets, Bloomsbury group and the post-war novelists.
