It was meant to be a keepsake and a commemoration of their service. There are 3 in the lot, one each for Artillery, the Luftwaffe (Air Force), and the Cavalry. Description: - Each badge contains a corresponding artwork scene of the outfit they belonged (Artillery, Luftwaffe, or Cavalry) with the phrase, "Zur Erinnerung an meine Dienstzeit", meaning "In memory of my service".
