Slight stretch to waist, but no other stretch.Great over a turtle neck and leggings for a retro vibe. Perfect over a bralette and bike shorts. It is a true wrap with only a button close at the waist. On the waist band there are some pin holes. I imagine someone wore a bright red flower there---which would look amazing!There is also (right around the same area) some slight running of red--which my guess is likely from the flower as the fabric does not run. This washes beautifully, but I could not get the red smudges out. They are located to the side and are not really visible unless someone is all up in your business!
