The actual measurement around the top of the shorts is 33" and they have a 5" inseam. The flat measure of the leg opening is 11.75"; the rise in front is 11.5". The fastener is a 5" zipper and a single button. There are five belt loops, along with two regular pockets and a small pocket on the front, and two full size pockets on the back. Please note: My camera's lens is scratched and when I take pictures of solid-colored items, particularly black and other dark colors, it makes them appear to have a faded section, when really, they don't.
