The Hine brand has a long history in Oxford. Clothing tailoring is one piece of what they do. This jacket is fantastic. Heavy wool speckled tweed with a herringbone weave. The fit fall right at a 40 short based on measurements. Soft, mostly unpadded shoulder. All buttons are leather braided. Be sure and check all measurements below. The fabric is best for cooler to cold weather. It's a 3 button single breasted, fully lined, unvented and one sleeve buttons on each sleeve. Coloring is a mix of brown tones and white in the herringbone and then speckled dashes of black and other earth hues. Best representation on color and tone is the one of the sleeve cuff. Sometimes the lighting on some of the others can make it appear lighter than it actually is.
