Now, the elastic is completely shot (I had to pin it on the mannequin for photos), there are about 15-20 holes (one of which looks to be a cigarette burn), mild picking in areas and some stains. I have not washed her because it would compromise the neckline even further and I am assuming you would like to rehab her.
