Description: Spine, edge and corner wear. Stain in the middle of the cover, soiling. 1/2 inch split to the bottom of the spine. Conservation: Because the top staple was blown, I used mending tape to carefully reinforce the staples. I also repaired the split to the bottom of the spine.
