Uniformly bound in half leather bindings with 5 raised bands on the spines. All volumes published by J.M. Dent & Co., London, 1896. Contained in the 6-volume grouping are the following titles: Goldsmith's Essays, The Plays of Oliver Goldsmith, The Poems of Oliver Goldsmith, The Citizen of the World (in 2-volumes), and The Vicar of Wakefield. All volumes show light general wear, but please note that there is scuffing/wear to top edges of covers as seen in my photos. The Poems volume also shows a chip the lather at head of spine--also seen in my photos. The books are clean and otherwise sound--hinges and gutters intact. I will call the set Good, but they are actually quite attractive!! Volumes measure 4 3/4 X 6 7/8. I will offer this lovely 6-volume set for only $150.00 plus $7.50 S&H in the US.
