To avoid this, we tried many different production processes. First of all, we tried to remove more fluff from the inside, but after that the fabric lost its thickness and stiffness. Also, we tried using more polyester on the inner side of the clothing fabric. This production method solves the problem, but the fabric loses its good properties! So we decided not to change the composition of the fabric, preserving what has become its strength - naturalness, softness and comfort.
