Description: This is a women's Cactus Bay Halloween Shirt. It has Happy Halloween on the front with a Pumpkin that has shiny jewel type beads on it. Both sleeves have scenes and words on them along with the backside. The tag says XXL, but this shirt fits more like a medium to a large. (I wear a large and it just fts with no extra room.) Measurements are: armpit to armpit about 20" and from the shoulder to the bottom is about 23". (see pictures above) There is some stretch to this shirt. It also has a very comfortable feel to it.
