Description: We managed to acquire 2 enormous 12' tall solid oak wine tanks from Napa made in the 50's. After decades of producing quality wine, they were retired and sent to my shop to take on a new life as art and furniture. Handcrafted from retired Napa wine barrels in the heart of California wine country, our exquisite art collection showcases rustic elegance unique to California wine culture. Available in a wide variety of designs and customizable options, our extensive yet singular collection is sure to be the most functional piece of art you own! The "Kolo" table is made entirely form the giant tank wood that has been carefully taken apart and fashioned into a fully functional coffee table and then we inlaid steel striped into the wood for additional architectural detail. The sturdy steel frame is welded in house out of recycled steel and can be powder coated for a few dollars more. We just love the raw steel against the red wine wood! Beautiful and elegant, it highlights the dark red wine color and a strip of recycled steel around the edges gives it even more character.
