When we manufacture and/or import, there is a risk that one in a thousand that may not work properly, that what we called Manufacture Defect. We have a very simple policy for items that arrive in non-working condition: simply contact us via telephone or message us so we can assist you in the return/exchange process. DAMAGED ITEMS We have a very strict quality control process. All items are inspected and/or tested before they leave our warehouse. If you think that you have received a damaged item, please contact us and we will assist you in the return/exchange process. RETURNS Contact us via messaging or our phone number before performing any returns. Shipping fees are covered by us if you receive the wrong part due to our shipping errors. Any other shipping fees are non-refundable. You have 14 days after you received the item to contact us for a return, excluding warranty. Any refund or exchange can't be made before the reception of the original ordered part. We need to receive any returned part before shipping a replacement part to you. If you need a replacement part urgently, you will need to place a new order to get it express and when we receive the original part back, we will credit the second transaction to your account. All refunds are to be made after we receive the part back at our warehouse, minus a 20% restocking fee, unless there was a mistake on our part. No product will be accepted for return that has been installed, attempted to be installed or used
