Description: Wilton Cadet 4" Vise 9140 Model Freshly Refurbished Excellent Condition This is a true survivor! Manufactured in USA in 1950. 360 degree swivel base! These are highly sought after vises, they simply don't make them like this anymore. The whole body was taken down to bare metal and painted with several coats of a high grade engine enamel, then clear coated. All hardware was cleaned up and sealed, threads are in good shape and the mounting hardware for a hard mount is also included. The main spindle was cleaned, resurfaced, and lubricated before reassembly. The action is very smooth. Jaws are not new, but they are in excellent shape for their age and have tons of life left, as you can clearly see in the photos.
