This glove is for the RIGHT handed thrower as the glove fits on the LEFT hand ! This particular glove is fully and perfectly broken in and it is totally game ready so your young player will not struggle with a hard to use glove ! The glove also has an incredible pocket as you can clearly see in the photos ! So once the ball enters the pocket of this glove it is not going to pop out ! As far as fitting goes, this mitt is a tight fit on my average adult size hand and it is very tight in the finger stalls and it is tight around the wrist ! The glove does NOT have a velcro wrist strap , but there is a lace wrist strap mechanism and it is fairly tight around the wrist ! The inner lining is in excellent condition and the glove is extremely comfortable to the hand and the fingers all the way up through the finger stalls !
