Description: This souvenir of Bill Clinson's 1993 first term as President, was actually acquired in DC at his inauguration on January 20, 1993. An acquaintance of mine attended the inauguration and got this piece there. It measures about 4 x 6. Engraved on the top is:"Inauguration Day - January 20, 1993 William Jefferson ClintonPresident of the United States" It is hard to capture the engraving but it is in my photos. At the bottom is engraved American Security Bank. This souvenir has been stored ever since 1993. The notepad has never been used.
