Description: William Clinton's as Governor of Arkansas Gift Pen Used This is a nice William Clinton official gift pen as the Governor of Arkansas. The pen comes with its original box. The pen has the seal of Arkansas printed on it along with Bill Clintons signature and the words Governor of Arkansas, however the pen has been used and the printing is worn please see photos. This is a vintage original item so it will need a replacement ink cartridge to write. These pens are now very rare and I have only seen a few of them come up for sale so it is a great early item for any President Clinton Collector.
