Description: Will O the Wisp Van Briggle Lamp with Butterfly Milkweed Lamp Shade This beautiful lamp was purchased from a well respected estate. It has recently been refelted on the bottom so it would not slip or break, but photos show Van Briggle signature on bottom before felting. This piece is rather unusual, as Van Briggle did not typically work with black glaze. The design is reminiscent of blades of grass, entwining upward in an almost seductive set of curves. It stands at 25 1/2" without shade, and 30" with the shade. Item will be shipped in 2 separate boxes to ensure item arrives safely. One for the lamp, and another for the shade.
