Fits nearly all YAMAHA, HONDA, SUZUKI and Kawasaki's with big or small tanks! 7/8" Diameter, 2mm wall thickness, "clearance" type comfort clubman handlebars, allow you to run cafe type handlebars, with that low-slung Drop Bar look, but without tank clearance issues. Most bars like this will hit the gas tank at full lock, but not these babies! They don't drop your hands as low as conventional clubmans or clipons, and are much more comfortable as a result. NOTE: THESE BARS DO NOT COME PRE-DRILLED for wiring! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- these do not drop you very low, (hence are very comfortable). If I measure the bars on a flat surface, the distance from the surface to the top of the bars in the middle (where they mount)- that is 2". If measured from the flat surface to the bottom of the bars it is 7/8" less (the diameter of the bars) Also note that the handles where you grip have a slight downward slope when mounted. I also have standard wide clearance type clubmans, please see Item # SPECS: knurling width-5" from outside of one knurl to the outside of the other knurl and 3" from inside of the knurling to the inside of the other knurling. this is where the handlbar clamps clamp down on the bars. overall width: 28" center width widest: 10 1/2" (front pinch points) center width before it starts to bend: almost 7" bar length on each side: 10 1/4" useable bar length, (for grips and switch housings and controls)~ before the weld is 7 1/2- 7 3/4" YES, they will accept 7/8" barend mirrors! YES, you can use your stock cables and controls! Note on fitment- may not fit on some stock bikes with fairings, for example- A Stock Suzuki sv650 customer noted that the instrument cluster is in the way, and there are the turn signals that are causing fitment problems. Question: Can these be drilled for internal wiring like old HONDA CB models? Answer:no, not in the traditional sense, where you drill for wiring at the end of the bars where the switch housing are, and feed the wires down to the middle section where the bar clamps are. The way these are constructed do not allow wiring to go from the bar part, thru to the clamped part, the bars are pinched and welded to the middle clamp area. you would have to get standard type clubmans if you wanted to drill them yourself. see: eBay item number: 224040033287 you can drill these out like the old HONDA CB bars.
