Description: Eight (8) 10-7/8" Bohemian/American dinner plates by Wheeling Decorating Company that operated 1902 to 1962. Very beautiful plates have four bands of gold and burgundy red (starting from outside - gold, red and gold, gold, gold) with a white porcelain center. One gold band is decorated with raised gilt. Backs have underglaze green mark "Bohemia Made in Czechoslovakia." A second mark with raised gilt "Wheeling Decorating Glass China." Perfect for happy dinners for many different holidays. Some loss of the gilt to each plate (estimate 5%-7% loss in the affected band) where nested plates rested (see pictures of the inner gold band third from the outside). Overall great condition with no chips, cracks, repairs, or other flaws. Price is for all eight plates. I will not divide them up. I cannot mail outside Continental United Sates. No returns on these plates.
