Description: Here's a Western Electric Elite telephone, part of the Design Line series of the 1970s. It has been tested and is working, including the bell. Please note these rotary dial phones will not dial out with digital phone service. The correct green handset cord is "new old stock" that I recently purchased for it. There are a few circular areas on top where it looks like something spilled (?) on it. Has some general wear on the outside. Rare specialty series phone!
