This is a wide, gold tone metal buckle with darkened accents, hand carved by artist Rita Stewart, made by Ultra Ent. Inc., of Denver, Colorado, in 1981. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina and some wear and tear from age or use.
