This hat is made from a black sparkly fabric.Black and silver ribbon roses.Rhinestone accent at the front.Black feathers and black satin ribbon loops at the back.Hatband has silver on it that looks like studs but they are pressed sequins. If you want the look that I have achieved on my Evangeline doll then you must put the hat down a bit on her forhead and not sitting on top of her head. If you want a Steam Punk look then cock it to one side.I have seen my Wellingtons on American Girl dolls.....strange but somehow it works,The hat will fit down over the head of a doll such as Diana with a 5 & 3/4 inch head.
