The WE1010 Soldering Station is equipped with 70 Watts of power; as a result, the iron heats up quickly and provides a fast recovery time - getting the job done quicker with more efficiency and precision. The WE1010 Station furthermore features an LCD display with intuitive navigation as well as password-protection to preserve settings. The temperature stability and temperature lock functions protect tips and components, while also ensuring reliable and repeatable soldering results. Automatic set-back and standby mode further help to preserve tips as well save energy. The WE Education Kit also includes a high performance 70W soldering iron that is designed in a lightweight pencil style with a co-molded, ergonomic grip. Tips can be easily changed without tools, while the PH70 safety rest provides additional support so that the iron is stored securely in place in between use.
