The Wieder is about 86 inches in height and about 68 inches in length. Cons: You must set the resistance to at least 2 weights for it not to get stuck while you're pulling. This is a manufacturing issue with the way the product was made. But if you plan on using 2 weights or more as the resistance then this will not be a problem.
