Condition: The 2-inch thick, round foam pad around which the polishing bonnet gets wrapped is malformed. Apparently it rested on this foam pad at an angle [see pictures 10-11]. This is probably not repairable, however it is replaceable. The foam pad is 1-1/2 inches thick, and 9 inches in diameter. At one point it is crushed to 3/4 inch thick. The pad appears to have been glued to the plastic wheel - part of the buffer and is now off the machine. This is in excellent physical condition.
