What is presented is that this unit does perform as pictured and this is again verified right before it goes into the shipping box and the unit is insured for the amount of purchase so if damaged in shipping it can be reimbursed through a claim to the carrier. Items returned as defective (new items) or that claims are for filed through me against the carrier will be verified. If an item is found to be damaged the packing materials must be retained for carrier inspection. If they are found not to be defective or damaged it is shipped back to the buyer.
