Sort of has a curved seam starts above the bust area, then connects near waist seam which has gathering. Then 3" down from there is another horizontal seam with gathering and connects to side seam. Also gathering at the horizontal seam in the back. No tag with fabric. It is a very thin, can see through when held up to light, very light-weight (feels like wearing nothing, only 5oz with packaging!). Has side pockets. No issues. In VERY GOOD "like new condition.
