Marking on lens 58 (S) Walz Japan, due to the cut out area for the rangefinder, this hood is for Canon L39 screw mount f1.2 lens. Have try on a Canon lens, and seen to me that the hood is missing a step down ring or something as the screw in area Is the same as the lens front, the hood just sitting on the edge of the lens.
