Description: Waltham 60 Model 1891 0 Size Gold Filled Full Hunter Pocket Watch ca. 1893. This Waltham grade 60, model 1891, 7 jewel, 0 size pocket watch has a golf filled full hunter case measuring approximately 35.7mm in diameter x 1 3/4 inches long including stem. The bow is missing. The case is completely hand engraved with foliage, flowers, scroll work, a guilloche finish, and a plaque that depicts a home and trees. The case has a light patina and wear for it's age. The front, back and dust cover hinges all open, close properly, but the case back will not snap shut. The white enamel dial has black Roman numeral hour markers, black Arabic numeral 5-minute track, blue light spade hands, a single sunk seconds register at six o'clock, and is marked "A.W.C. Waltham". The dial is in great condition with no hairlines or chipping. The inside dust cover is stamped "Alert - Warranted 20 Years - 841008". The gilt movement is stamped "American Waltham Watch Co. - 6102922". Stem wind and set. This watch is running approximately 2 minutes fast per 24+ hours. No guarantee of future performance.
