She has had the pleasure of serving the Lords church as a youth counselor, presenter, teacher, program coordinator, choral director, and member of acapellagroups. Regina has presented at Ladies Day programs, Youth Conferences, theOhio State Lectureship, and National Lectureship of the churches of Christ.Currently, Regina is actively involved at the Watkins Rd congregation where sheteaches teenage girls and the ladies bible study. She received both her BBA and MBA degreesfrom the University of Cincinnati, and is a certified Temperament Counselor andLife Coach.A single Christian woman, Regina enjoys reading, quilting, and traveling Heather Hougland was born and raised in Oberlin, Ohio. She comes from a long line of Christians with her family starting the first congregation (in the Lorain County area of Ohio) in her Great Aunts home in Oberlin. This congregation later formed into the Clinton Ave congregation in Elyria, Ohio. She became a Christian at the age of 13 and shortly after began assisting and teaching Sunday School classes. She was also part of the a cappella groups in the congregation, and as an adult, became a youth counselor at her home congregation. Throughout her 30 years of being a Christian, she has continued to stay involved in and contributing to the work of the Lord through: evangelizing, contributing to the creation of a ministry for single moms, assisting with clothing and food giveaways, participating in several acapella groups, assisting and teaching new convert classes, speaking for a ladies day and a youth rally, directing personal one on one bible studies, group bible studies at a local homeless shelter for women, children and families, co-developing the exercise group at the homeless shelter as well as serving in other capacities of outreach within the shelter, leading vacation bible school programs, assisting with the lunch program provided at the congregation, assisting in developing in home youth monthly bible studies, working with the youth in various capacities, and visiting the sick/shut-in and elderly.Heather is a licensed massage therapist and studied health and wellness at Kaplan University. Heather has opened two massage businesses through the years, including one in North Carolina and another in Columbus. She is now working as a massage therapist for Capital City Hospice and Kinsale Golf and Fitness club. She is the mother of two boys, and also has three grandchildren. She and her youngest son have been active members of the Watkins Rd congregation for over seven years. At Watkins Rd, her faith has grown and her resolve has deepened. Heather is always looking and praying for opportunities to spread the gospel and encourage her brothers and sisters in Christ on their spiritual walk. She has found being involved in the work also encourages her in the faith. A favorite scripture of hers is Philippians 3:12 - "Not that I have attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid a hold of me. Aisha Jenya was born in Columbus, OH and raised in the church of Christ from a youth.She is a long-time member of the Watkins Rd. church where she has served as a bible class teacher for teen girls. She welcomes opportunities to participate in the congregations teaching program and has also led several studies for the Ladies Bible class as well as studies for women and children at a local homeless shelter. Aisha has participated as a speaker for a Ladies Day Program and youth workshop hosted by her home congregation. She has also volunteered at Fort Hill Christian Youth Camp as a youth counselor and teacher. She seeks to be involved in various areas of service and ministry while striving to be a faithful Christian, active and available to work of the church.Aisha received her Bachelor of Accounting from the DeVry Institute of Technology (University) and MBA from Ohio Dominican College (University) and is currently employed as a Tax Examiner Specialist for the State of Ohio. She enjoys time and fellowship with family and friends, and the joy of being a mother to her college-aged daughter.
