Description: VTG 60s 70s Blue Velvet Maxi Dress W/ White Lace Bib CollarIn good vintage condition, w/ some flaws. Dress has a white lace eyelet bib collar w/ ruffle at the edges. The back zipper is slightly tight to open & close since the zipper is sewn close to the edges and the seam is coming unstitched at the bottom of zipper with a hole in the same area. There are faint blue stains on bib above ruffle, possibly color bleed, and a reddish stain on the front left side of bib. Collar has a few faint stains throughout on front and back. Parts of the skirt hem and hem lining are coming unstitched in various spots and there is some light internal fraying inside dress seams. It's possible there are other small holes, light spots or snags that weren't noticed.
