Description: VTG 40s Black Rayon Dress W/ Peplum Vintage 40s black rayon dress with peplum in great vintage condition - looks barely worn. There's a small bit that looks to have been resewn or fixed under the left arm. There's also some small white spots under the left peplum piece and lower on the skirt near the hem on both sides. There is a hole on the skirt at the left side and some light stitching coming loose on the back left waist seam at dart at top and bottom. The back neck trim has a section that has come unsewn at the middle. The back skirt seam is coming undone on the right side, middle and higher up, also on the right seam as well. There is also a partial hole near the right pocket. There might be other light spots or snags that weren't noticed.
