Description: VTG 40s Peplum DressA classic black dress from the 1940s. It is in used vintage condition. There are a lot of small holes in this dress, these areas include: by the zipper, front neck area, and shoulders. The waist has some snagging and scuffing on the peplum fabric. There are a few small pulled seams in the left armpit. There are a few light white scuffs on the shoulders, back of the skirt, and on the bust. There are also very tiny white dots scattered on the top half. I'm not sure what these are or of they'll come off. The belt is missing. There is no size label, but it would fit closest to a contemporary size medium.
