Description: This vintage United Royal Tapemaster reel-to-reel player and recorder is a rare find for any collector of vintage audio and video equipment. Made in Japan in the 1960s, this portable tape recorder is a great example of the high-quality audio equipment of the time. With its pink color and classic design, it would make a great addition to any vintage electronics collection. When batteries were put in, it played the tape forward and rewind. No audio was heard, but I don't know if there's any recording on the tape. Since this was owned by a late family member, the actual tape will not be included. Empty reels will be included. Batteries also NOT include since they cannot be safely shipped and add lots of weight (and thus cost) to the item. Item will be packaged in original foam and lots of bubble wrap in a sturdy box.
