What I will say is if you push his legs down, the button will pop up, and then if you press the button, his right leg moves. I'm not sure if this is how it's supposed to work or if both legs are supposed to move or if the mouth is supposed to open too when you push the button (it doesn't), but that is what happens when you push it.
